Within a rendered view, users are able to view summary data of the view graphs and charts by hovering the cursor over the graph. Refer to the examples below:
When views are processed, users are able to Select a Roll-up in order to group data by month, quarter or year. Based upon the selection made, the graphics within a view will change.
Within a rendered view, users may be able to refine the view by clicking on the graph data. If the cursor is represented with a hand, users are able to refine the data within the view.
Upon clicking on the graph, a Please Wait icon appears within the workspace while the new graph renders.
Once the new graph populates in the workspace, the Please Wait icon disappears.
Users are able to continue refining the analytic until the cursor changes from a hand to an arrow. Once the cursor becomes an arrow, the account type cannot be further refined.
As users refine a graph, Spotlight builds a path containing the Product, Product Category and Account Type selected to reach the current view. This path can be located in the Top Navigation Bar.
If the following error message is received while rendering a view, refresh the analytic screen. If the error message persists, contact your Akcelerant Customer Care Representative.
